My Random Thoughts

Time for me to do a re-design on the blog. I’m looking at themes and plugins. With my work schedule, I’m not sure when it will get finished. I have just too many hobbies and not enough time.

I think I have a case of the Monday’s. It’s a little dreary. I don’t want to be sitting at my desk. I think I would rather be sleeping in…..or at least goofing off for a little longer. 

I need to get my morning started. I have bunches to do and not enough time in the day to get it all done. Let’s get movtivated. Let’s learn to spell correctly!

Its going to be a great Monday! Everytime I tell myself that, it comes true, so it’s going to be a great Monday. Its going to be a great week!! All of my hopes and dreams are going to come true this week! (I’m setting the universe up for large expectations.) Gotta live large.

I managed to put back on the weight I lost. I need to get back on the fitness kick. All of the recent traveling took its toll! I’ve been surfing for some charts to incorporate into my blog, but can’t really find anything. I am going to take some pictures so I can see the progress. I will have to pull the tripod out tomorrow.

I didn’t workout today, but i did count my points and did pretty well. Tomorrow I have physical therapy and will hit the gym after that. I have 2 weeks at home, so I should be able to get back into a good habit. I went grocery shopping, and have good food in the house. I need to figure out what I’m making for dinner this week. I think it’s time to surf for some recipes, I’m all out of ideas!

First - I love the internet. You can find anything you want!

I took this picture and wanted to do some editing before I got it printed and framed for the siblings, but only had my work computer. There is online photo editing sites available!! I’m so impressed.

Second - oh the funny stories these guys tell. So tonight Aunt Sophie is telling me how she and Mom put Uncle Alex into a mailbox when he was a baby. I can just imagine that. I wonder if there was a stamp and an address on him as well.

Mom and Aunt Sophie were giggling like kids when I got back from dinner tonight. I love seeing that. The tears streaming down their face, and their laughter getting other other one going again. And a good time is being had by all!

So this post may not have a lot to do with the joys of a cat, but I wanted to put Wu’s picture up! All of the girls are doing well. They all play with each other, which is pretty funny to see a 13 year old Champagne to play with 1 year old active cats.

Work is just insane lately. I think I’m keeping up. I’m not quite sure. At least the bills get paid, I pay attention to Jeff, and I am getting to the gym somewhat. I just don’t feel like I’m getting everything done in a day that I need to. I get to the point where I just can’t stand to work anymore, so I quit for the day! That’s how today was. I have a day full of meetings tomorrow, but have a couple of things that need to get done. I really don’t want to multi-task because I miss too much, but there are only so many hours in a day. Ah well…..

I’m going to visit Mom this week. I’ll make use of some of the airplane time to get some of those tasks done as well. At least I can look forward to that. I’m sitting in first class, so I will have room to work.  I finally got in the pool today, until the thunder, lightening and rain came. we’re getting the rain we need, but every day is getting a little soggy already.  I guess I shouldn’t complain, we could be still be without rain!
